With outstanding participation rates in our culture assessment process, we were able to determine that their Office had general workplace issues that weren’t necessarily directly DEI related. We were able to prioritize a few key areas for the organization to focus efforts before developing a full-scale DEI strategy. Thus far, they have developed a rewards and recognition program, created more transparency around decision making and launched a Culture Committee.
